Theresa has been serving community associations as general counsel since 2007. She supports association managers and board members in their community leadership roles, assists them in identifying and addressing potential risks, and collaborates with them to develop practical solutions when problems arise.
Theresa is passionate about education and advocacy and is a frequent presenter of educational seminars for
attorneys, association managers, and board members.
Nathan has been working with community associations since 2012. He helps association board members grapple with wide-ranging challenges by providing them with the tools they need
to balance risk and make informed decisions.
Nathan also has extensive real estate experience and
holds real estate licenses in Washington and Idaho.
When not advising and supporting community associations, Nathan is often out hiking Washington's wildlands and
has authored three hiking guides.
Samantha has worked alongside Theresa as her paralegal since 2016. She assists with the initial drafting of governing document amendments and correspondence, research, Secretary of State filings, project management, and any other support for the productivity of the firm. She enjoys continuing to learn through her work and aiding clients in improving their communities.
Jami has worked as Theresa's legal assistant since 2019. She assists with client intake and communication, firm administration, recording agreements and amendments, and anything else needed for the firm and its clients. She has been in the customer service industry for over ten years and truly enjoys helping others.
In her spare time, Jami teaches dance to children and shares her love of dance with her own daughter.
